In celebration of Earth Day the Essex DPW will provide tree saplings to residents on April 20, 2013 at the Transfer Station from 10AM-2PM. Kousa Dogwood and Rose of Sharon will be available. Supplies are limited and will be dispensed on a first come first serve basis. Also on this day the DPW will accept brush at the Transfer Station. Limbs up to 8” in diameter will be allowed from 10AM - 2PM on this day only. These are open to Essex residents ONLY. For more information please call 978-768-6262.
