Mayor Kirk Thanks Essex for Water Crisis Assistance

Mayor Kirk recently wrote to the Selectmen to thank the Town for the Town's assistance to Gloucester during the recent water quality crisis. The Town wishes to acknowledge the excellent work accomplished by Superintendent of Public Works Paul Goodwin, his staff, and the Board of Public Works. See the letter from the Mayor.
