The Essex Treasurer/Collector reminds citizens that Fiscal Year 2010 Real Estate and Personal Property bills were mailed December 31, 2009. Third quarter bills are due by February 1, 2010.
Payments must be received, not post marked by the due date to avoid interest and penalties.
