Detective Davis has been a member of the Essex Police Department since 2005. He attended the Reading Regional Police Academy where he graduated first in his class. He has been assigned to lead the departments Special Operations Division and also works as the fleet manager
where he is responsible for maintenance and purchasing of department equipment and vehicles. Davis was promoted to Detective in
September of 2007 and also works as the assistant firearms coordinator under the direction of Sergeant Paul Francis, responsible for
firearms training and qualifications. He is currently assigned to the midnight shift working between the hours of Midnight and Eight AM.
