Potential USDA Rural Development Assistance for Septic System Upgrades

The United States Department of Agriculture Rural Development Service offers low-interest loans and grants to qualifying residents of rural communities, like Essex.  

 

The Rural Development Housing & Community Facilities Program may offer a low-cost financing option for Essex residents required to upgrade septic systems.  Interested residents should inquire directly to the program manager to understand if they are eligible.
