• The preferred method for submitting a building permit application is via the on-line system at the link above.  Please see Bill Sanborn during his office hours on Wednesdays, between 5 and 7 p.m. if you need to request an alternate means of submission. DO NOT LEAVE THE PERMITS AT THE TOWN HALL IF HE IS NOT THERE.
• No matter the age of a property, all Building Permit applications for the demolition of a building must be reviewed the Historical Commission.
• All Commercial Building Plans must be reviewed by both the Plumbing Inspector and the Electrical Inspector. All building permit applications are processed on line.
• If you believe your project is going to require zoning relief, you must contact the Building Department first.
• Inspections: Please email both Paul Orlando and Bill Sanborn for inspections. Please include your phone number, permit number, address, and type of inspection you are requesting. One of the inspectors will get back to you. Note the Inspectors do have limited hours, so plan accordingly.
