Essex Cultural Council Survey

Dear friend of Essex,

The Essex Cultural Council (ECC) is seeking community input on what sort of cultural priorities we should consider for the upcoming year. 

The ECC, a component of the Mass Cultural Council, receives state aid to fund local programming for cultural activities. We'd like to know what kinds of programs you would like to see and any suggestions you may have for how we should distribute grants.
