5 Willow St: It's been noted that that the owners are significantly altering and expanding the existing 1910 structure. Jay motioned to step in and offer recommendations to preserve historic aspects, especially the chimney.
We agreed to reach out to Katie Montgomery from Shipbuilding Museum to build partnership. Hoping to obtain $10 - $20K to conduct historic surveys
Town Pound - We are getting three bids to have back wall of structure repaired and restored. Abutters of property are resistant due to septic needing work and below the Town Pound Wall.
