-147 Main Street has applied for a demolition permit.  Nothing in the house is now worth saving as the owner, David Brown has removed everything.

-Fuller House on Main Street is still in due diligence.  The prospective buyer would like to tear the historic home down and build eight condominiums along with retail on the street side.  The proposal is currently reviewing as a demolition permit has been submitted.  Seems doubtful that the Conservation Committee will approve due to the proximity to the marsh.

-A house recently purchased on John Wise Ave across from the fire station just applied for a demolition permit.  The new owners plan to tear the existing structure down and rebuild.  The house does not seem to have historic significance.
