Businesses, your plans may need some approvals to participate. Here are links to applications & deadline information.
*** Please write "OFF SEASON EVENT" on top of every application ***
A current Essex business license is needed to participate in the event. Complete a Business Certificate Application and return to the Town Clerk
If you are planning a "Sip and Serve" event and don’t have a permit to serve food, alcohol, or hold an entertainment license, complete the necessary forms.
- Temporary Food Establishment Permit Application and return to the Board of Health located on the 3rd floor of Town Hall
- One Day Wine & Malt Application and return to the Licensing Clerk located on the 2nd floor of Town Hall
- You need to complete an application for each day you participate
- One Day Entertainment Application and return to the Licensing Clerk located on the 2nd floor of Town Hall
- Outdoor Entertainment Policy will be STRICTLY adhered to
- You need to complete an application for each day you participate
