Please consider attending an open public forum regarding the Friends of Memorial Park Improvement Project, Inc. which will be hosted by the Essex DPW Commissioners on September 11, 2019 at 7:00p.m. at Essex Town Hall, 2nd Floor. A sub committee of local Veterans has been put together to help with the possible third phase but all 3 phases should be discussed.
