TOWN OF ESSEX ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
PUBLIC MEETING
Public Hearing:
In accordance with Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A, Section 11, the Essex Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing at the Essex Town Hall, 30 Martin Street, on Thursday, March 28, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. on a petition filed by Essex Southern Realty Trust for a variance to allow for a mixed use building at 184 Southern Ave (Map 151, Lot 5). The application may be reviewed at the Town Clerk’s Office, Essex Town Hall, during normal business hours.

- Review/approve Minutes for March 14, 2024
- Items that could not be reasonably anticipated by the Chairman within 48 hours of the meeting.
