Applications and Forms
The following links to applications and forms are provided for your convenience. Though the Town of Essex recently moved to online permitting, Planning Board applications and forms are not yet part of the system and must be submitted according to the instructions that accompany each item. Be sure to contact the Building Inspector early in your planning process to determine which approvals and permits are required for your particular project.

Fee Schedule
Applications for Subdivision Control (including ANR), Special Permits, and Site Plan Review must be accompanied by payment as per fee schedule linked below. Payment may be made by check payable to Town of Essex with the project address referenced on the memo line. Sorry, we are unable to accept payment by credit card or cash.
