Special Board Meeting
December 12, 2023
Attendees: Kay Joseph, Chair. Board Members: Ann Buckley, Nancy Frieden, Susan Parady, Diane Polley, Curt Siebert, Mary Wilhelm
Absent: Ralph Hawley, Sue Lufkin
Also in attendance; Tess Leary, Interim Director. Gil Frieden, COA Friends Officer.
Meeting called to order: 6:12 pm.
A motion was made, seconded, and approved to accept the Minutes of the December 5th meeting. 6 Yes, 1 Abstention.
The Board completed its review of proposed changes to the Standing Rules. A motion was subsequently made, seconded, and unanimously approved to accept the revised Standing Rules as proposed.
The Board then proceeded to finish its review of the current job description for the open Director’s position to be congruent with the revised Standing Rules. A motion was subsequently made, seconded, and unanimously approved to accept the proposed draft job description and for the Chair to provide it to Brendan Zubricki for review by himself and Town Counsel.
A motion was made, seconded, and unanimously approved to adjourn.
Meeting adjourned at 8:38 pm.
