Board and Committee Information

The specific duties and laws related to a particular board may be found in the Massachusetts General Laws (MGL) https://malegislature.gov/Laws/GeneralLaws or, in some cases, in our Town By-laws.

Board and Committee Handbook: The Board of Selectmen adopted a new handbook in 2022 to assist members in carrying out their duties by providing information on appointment procedure, membership duties, open meeting law guidelines, meeting posting guidelines, record keeping, etc. Please review the handbook and refer to it as necessary if you have questions.

Board and Committee Citizen Interest Form: Interested in serving on a Board or Committee? Submit this form to the Town Administrator's office.
